报告人简介： Alexander Fradkov1986年于列宁格勒电子技术大学获得控制工程苏联理学博士学位。目前是俄罗斯科学院力学工程研究院”复杂系统控制”实验室主任；圣彼得堡大学国立大学控制论讲席教授🛵，IEEE 会士、IFAC 会士🙍。主要研究领域为非线性与自适应控制💪🏻，震荡和混沌系统控制以及复杂物理系统控制🚰。Alexander Fradkov教授是随机逼近ODE方法的主要贡献者之一和信息物理融合系统研究领域的开拓者〽️，国际物理控制学会（IPACS）的奠基人，俄罗斯自动控制国家委员会委员。 报告内容🫸🏽： On September 19, 2019 control scientists and engineers worldwide celebrated a remarkable event: 100th anniversary of Yakov Tsypkin's birth. Tsypkin was one of the most famous Russian researchers in control and systems theory. He has made important contributions to discrete, relay, adaptive, learning and robust control, such that Jury-Tsypkin stability criterion, Tsypkin-Polyak plot, etc. He has published 11 books and more than 300 research papers. He was awarded with Quazza medal, Oldenburger medal and other valuable international and national awards. In the lecture, Yakov Tsypkin's life and research events will be outlined that are most instructive for young people. Special attention will be given to his unifying ideas in the area of adaptive and learning systems. |
